A Y2K happy birthday banner that hangs like a burned CD from 2003. Black glitter script spells out Happy Birthday between cut-out butterflies and iridescent foil CDs that flash rainbow when the light hits them. It is cut from sparkly 300gsm stock and comes with a silver hanging string.
Hang it over a silver fringe curtain, add a flip phone or two to the cake table, and the throwback is set.
Perfect for: Y2K birthday parties, 2000s theme parties, sweet 16s, 30th birthdays, and early 2000s sleepovers.
