We also may share information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money.

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

These rights apply to residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others. California residents may also request the categories of personal information we collected, used, and shared in the prior 12 months.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to fulfill orders, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of payment data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our site is intended for adult shoppers and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not sell or share, or use for targeted advertising, the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 without the consent required by law.
