Every rock tree needs a backbeat. This Def Leppard ornament from Old World Christmas is a glass bass drum carrying the band's logo, the kind of kit piece you would see on a stage under a wall of lights, scaled down for a branch.
It stands 3.75 inches tall and almost as wide, so it reads clearly from across the room and has real presence next to slimmer ornaments. The round drum face is the star, so give it a spot near the front where the tree lights can bounce off the finish. It plays well with guitars, microphones, and record players if you are building a full band on one tree.
Old World Christmas hand-paints and glitters each one, and it ships in a keepsake box, so it packs away safely in January and comes back out next December.
Perfect for: Def Leppard fans, drummers of every age, classic rock dads, concert regulars, music teachers, and anyone who air-drums in traffic.
