A Cookies for Santa sign for the most important plate of the year. The pennant is lettered in red watercolor calligraphy on a pale blush flag, with a pine bough and a tiny gingerbread man painted at the tip, and the dowel is tied with red, green, red-and-white striped, and silver ribbon, fluffy white trim, and silver tinsel.
What is a party pennant? A small handheld flag on a stick. On Christmas Eve, stand it in the cookie plate or tuck it beside the milk glass, and the whole ritual suddenly looks planned. Children love being the ones to set it out. It arrives fully assembled, about 10 by 5 inches on a 12-inch wooden dowel, and ribbon selections may vary slightly from the photos.
Perfect for: Christmas Eve milk and cookies, a cookie decorating party, a holiday baking day, Christmas card photos, a cookie exchange, and a classroom holiday party.
