Shipping & Returns
These pieces are custom made just for you, so please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for production and shipping. We try our best to accommodate rush orders. Please contact info@rubyclaycompany.com to place an expedited order.
These are hand-made to order, and their fragile nature is not conducive to return shipping. For these reasons, we do not accept returns nor exchanges, however, we offer color sample tiles (available in size selection menu). If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to swiftly send you a replacement.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our Utah warehouse.
RETURNS
We accept returns on online purchases within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@bonjourfete.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
FINAL SALE
Some items cannot be returned: food products, balloons, lip products, seasonal holiday items once the holiday has passed, and sale or clearance items.
