Green and gold has never needed an excuse, but December makes a good one. This Athletics baseball cap ornament turns the A's colors into something to hang at eye level, a cheerful little salute to a fan base that has always done things its own way.
A deep forest green crown carries the white A's script logo, while the brim switches to a shimmering metallic gold with four rows of gold glitter stitching. Fine green glitter runs along the crown seams to the button on top. The gold OWC cap and charm at the crown holds a hanging loop, and the whole cap measures 2.25 inches tall. Under warm white lights that gold brim practically glows.
An officially licensed Athletics ornament from Old World Christmas. Glassmakers blow each cap by mouth into its mold before artists paint the green and gold and add the glitter by hand; a keepsake box keeps it safe in the off season.
Perfect for: A's fans wherever the team plays, longtime season-ticket holders, collectors filling a green and gold tree, grandparents who still keep a scorecard, baseball-loving teachers, and a stocking stuffer for the fan who owns every A's cap ever made.
Put simply, it is a blown-glass Athletics baseball cap Christmas tree ornament and a thoughtful gift for an A's baseball fan. More team pieces are waiting in our sports Christmas ornaments.
