Can you blow up foil balloons with your mouth?
Yes, a foil balloon's self-sealing valve can be propped open with a drinking straw, and you can then inflate the balloon by mouth through that straw. A mouth-inflated balloon contains air rather than helium, so it will hold its shape but will not float.
