Two elastic loops keep the bow tie upright rather than drooping. Small measures 4 by 2.5 inches, Large 5 by 3.5. Collar sizes run XS for 8 to 11 inch necks through L for 18 to 26. One thing to know first: spot clean only, both pieces. The flocked webs are raised texture and a wash cycle will flatten them.
