In New England, the navy cap with the red B gets passed down like a family recipe. This Red Sox ornament gives that cap a place on the tree, between the cranberry garland and the lighthouse ornament someone always brings back from the Cape.
A deep navy crown shows the Red Sox B in red, outlined in white, on the front panel. Blue glitter stitching traces each seam and loops in rows across the bill. Up top, a gold cap and charm wait for a hook. Just 2.25 inches tall, it slips into a stocking or onto the smallest branches without weighing them down.
An officially licensed Boston Red Sox ornament from Old World Christmas. Glassblowers form it by mouth in a mold, then it is painted and glittered by hand and set in a keepsake box.
Perfect for: Boston families, New Englanders living anywhere south of Connecticut, college kids heading home for winter break, new grads leaving the city, grandparents who still keep score with a pencil, and holiday swaps at the office.
