These confetti party blowers are made for the moment everyone counts down or sings. Each one has a white mouthpiece and a full head of layered tissue fringe in pink, yellow, aqua, and green, with confetti tucked inside for an extra burst of color.
What are party blowers? They are noisemakers you blow into at a celebration, usually handed out right before the candles, the toast, or the stroke of midnight. These fringe versions look good enough to leave out as decor, standing in a cup at the bar or lying across each plate.
The six blowers arrive in a clear carry box with a ric rac handle, which makes them simple to bring to a friend's party or set out by the door. Pair them with mini party hats and a bowl of confetti for the group photo.
Perfect for: birthday parties, New Year's Eve countdowns, bachelorette parties, graduation parties, baby showers, and office celebrations.
