Cloth napkins in Montauk Sprout, a soft spring green windowpane check. A set of four, designed in Los Angeles and handwoven from 100% cotton by artisans in Chiapas, Mexico.
Whether they need ironing depends entirely on how you dry them. Pulled from the machine while still slightly damp and laid flat or hung, handwoven cotton dries close to smooth and only wants a quick press. Left to tumble dry fully, it will crease and need a warm iron. Neither is wrong; the flat-dry route is just less work later.
Green napkins are underrated. Almost everything you would put on a table already agrees with them: white ceramic, clear glass, brass, wood, cut flowers, a bowl of lemons.
Perfect for: spring brunches, Easter tables, garden parties, bridal showers, everyday dining, and hostess gifts.
