Glow in the dark ghosts and bats on a dog bow tie collar, Halloween dressing that also makes a dog easier to see at dusk. Two jobs from one piece, and only one of them ends on November first.

The bow tie is removable and attaches with two elastic loops on the back, which is what stops it sliding sideways an hour into the party. Small measures 4 by 2.5 inches, Large 5 by 3.5 inches. Collar sizes go by neck: XS fits 8 to 11 inches, S 11 to 16, M 14 to 19, L 18 to 26, with room for two fingers underneath.
