It slides onto most standard-width collars with two elastic loops on the back. Two is the number that matters: one loop lets a bow tie rotate under the chin within the hour. Small measures 4 by 2.5 inches for the classically preppy proportion, Large 5 by 3.5 inches for a big dog or a heavy coat. The flannel is double-sided and custom milled.
