SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Description: 

As the Social Media Marketing Coordinator for Bonjour Fête, you will collaborate closely with senior management to aid in day-to-day marketing activities, including social media, creative content development, and copywriting. The candidate must be creative, highly organized, self-motivated, and an effective communicator. 

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years experience in Social Media Marketing or equivalent education
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Some familiarity with email marketing platform Klayvio
  • Basic knowledge of E-comm platform Shopify 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Possesses active listening skills, takes responsibility for mistakes, and has the ability to be a strong team player
  • Strong writing and copy-editing capabilities, with the ability to use AI programs
  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field a plus
  • Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Dropbox, Airtable, Canva, and Tailwind a plus

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the department in organizing and executing various projects
  • Refer to and utilize project management platform Airtable for all Marketing related tasks, schedule content on platforms as needed
  • Engage daily on Instagram and Tiktok 
  • Utilize Canva to create compelling Instagram stories and TikToks, as well as occasional Marketing materials for email or Pinterest
  • Craft engaging SEO-rich copy social media captions
  • Pitch and produce weekly content shot at the SLC warehouse
  • Manage influencer gifting and affiliate platform Collabs within Shopify
  • Catalog UGC within Airtable
  • Provide weekly reports around social media performance
