PRODUCT RECEIVING COORDINATOR
Job Description:
As the Los Angeles Product Receiving Coordinator for Bonjour Fête, you will be responsible for overseeing all incoming product shipments and the distribution of products to the three Los Angeles locations. This includes but is not limited to counting quantities, checking products for damages, ensuring quantities received and quantities ordered are aligned, as well as pricing products.
Position is based in Studio City, CA
Responsibilities:
- Unload and unpack all incoming shipments to the Studio City store
- Count and receive into Shopify all incoming product; cross check shipment packing slips with product received to ensure quantities entered into the system are accurate
- Check all incoming products to ensure they have been received in good condition
- Record any damaged products that need to be rejected from receiving and submit damage claim to appropriate vendor
- Split incoming shipments amongst the three Los Angeles locations according to store allocations. Make sure the inventory split is accurately reflected in the quantities received into the system.
- Make sure all products are accurately priced and barcodes are provided if needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in product receiving
- Proficient computer knowledge, Shopify experience
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
