WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT
Job Description:
As the Salt Lake Warehouse Fulfillment Assistant for Bonjour Fête, you will be responsible for overseeing all incoming and outgoing product shipments. This includes but is not limited to counting quantities, checking products for damages, ensuring quantities received and quantities ordered are aligned, as well as ensuring product is stocked in the correct location of the warehouse.
Position is based in Salt Lake City.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and unpack all incoming shipments to the warehouse
- Count and receive all incoming product; cross check shipment packing slips with product received to ensure quantities entered into the system are accurate
- Check all incoming products to ensure they have been received in good condition
- Record any damaged products that need to be rejected from receiving
- Ensure that product received is sorted and stored in the correct section of the warehouse
- Keep accurate records of the status of all incoming product to be shared with management
- Ensure all products in the warehouse are properly organized and quantities on the shelves are reflective of the quantities recorded in the system
- Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in product receiving
- Proficient computer knowledge, Shopify experience
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High School diploma or GED certificate
