SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES
All orders to United States addresses will ship from our studio in Los Angeles. All orders ship within 1 business day and are insured for up to $100. If you would like additional insurance please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Standard: Allow 2-8 Business Days for your package to arrive. Insurance is recommended.
Expedited: Allow 3-5 Business Days for your package to arrive. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
SHIPPING TO CANADA & INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some items such as sparklers cannot be shipped internationally. If shipping information is not provided for your country during checkout, please email us for a shipping quote at email@example.com
Your shipping total will be calculated based on weight and destination. Bonjour Fête cannot be responsible for any international custom and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. These fees are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. We are obligated to declare all items as merchandise, and will not mark items as "gift". We cannot be liable for any delays due to packages held at customs.
Standard shipping to the Canada can take up to 15 business days in some cases, so if you have a specific event you need the supplies for please email us and we can get you a quote on expedited shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We want you to love our pretty party goods as much as we do. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so that we can take care of you.You may return orders within 10 days of receipt for a full refund! We just ask that products are returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, at our discretion. Exceptions: Unfortunately, due to food safety regulations, we cannot offer refunds on straws and eating utensils. All Holiday items are final sale.
Q: What if an item is incorrect/missing/damaged from my order?
A: First, please accept our sincere apologies. We take great care in packaging your order and if we make a mistake, we want to correct this error immediately. Please notify us as soon as possible that we have made a mistake, and we will mail you the correct or missing item(s) right away.

Q: I love all your themed kits but I can't seem to find anything that fits what I am looking for. Do you do custom orders?

Q: Where do all your products come from?
A: Good question! We carefully select the best and most appropriate products from all over the world. From overseas Asia, Australia and Europe to local North America, our products are truly a mix of only the world's best party supplies.
Q: How did Bonjour Fête start?
A: As a mom, I knew how much time and effort it took to go from store to store searching for all the party supplies to match my son or daughter's birthday theme. But, after years of finding the same low-quality, discount party supplies, I only became satisfied with products I would find after hours of online shopping. I started throwing fun and unique holiday and birthday parties and they were a huge success. Then I thought, everyone should have access to nothing but the best products for their parties and so Bonjour Fête came to be.

Q: I am looking to host a big party. Do you offer discounts for large quantities?
A: Yes. Instead of adding multiple party packs to your cart, we can offer bulk pricing for parties of 24 guests or more. For any information regarding your party needs, we are happy to offer our assistance on planning and decorating as well as custom orders. Please contact us for more information.
Q: Oh no! I forgot to order something to my cart, can you add it to my order?
A: Don't worry! Bonjour Fete wants to make sure no extra time and stress is put into planning your perfect party. Email us or call us right away and we'll try our best to put it all in one shipment.
Q: Do you offer coupons or discount codes?
A: Yes, occasionally. The best way to find out about our discounts is via our social media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter), or sign up for the mailing list. We promise not to abuse the privilege and will never share your info with anyone.
Q: Can you add a gift note to my purchase?
A: Absolutely! We're happy to include a hand-written gift note. Just let us know in the notes section what you would like us to say.
