E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE
Job Description:
The E-commerce Associate for Bonjour Fête will be responsible for generating all products in Shopify as well as creating product transfers for incoming orders. In addition, you will ensure that each product’s descriptions, images, pricing and positioning on the website is accurate and engaging for a seamless customer experience to drive overall web sales.
This position is Salt Lake City based. Will consider remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely creation of transfers in Shopify for all POs placed for both Los Angeles and Salt Lake Studio
- Create new products within Shopify including uploading hi-res product photos, accurate pricing, product tags, and optimized SEO generating descriptions
- Evaluate product pricing once product has been received to ensure the price is competitive, fair, and has the correct margins
- Generate collections and category pages for seasonal items and themed collections
- Organize products within their corresponding collections for visual optimization
- Create variants for products when necessary based on color, size, style, etc. to optimize the customer experience
- Maintain vendor contact list within Airtable ensuring web logins, vendor contact, and password information is accurate
- Guarantee all products being received into the warehouse are active and available online
- Partner with Marketing on regular blog posts and supporting E-commerce needs
